Annexure 3 - Hair Health

HAIR HEALTH

A little about hair health, because it is closely connected with skin health. Today the head happens to be the least worked part of the body. Inside of course there is a lot of friction. But outside there is nothing. Blood circulation is so poor in the modern individual who is always sitting, sitting, sitting. Naturally the extreme ends of the body get very little blood. In commercial advertisements, some manufacturer of some brand of hair tonic comes and tells you. “Our particular brand gives all the amino acids needed for your hair”, he is fooling you. You can not supply amino acids to any part of the body except through the digestive system. The hair follicles are fed by the blood vessels and through the blood stream which draws nutrition through the digestive organs. You cannot supply amino acids straight by applying it over the hair. If that is possible a student can keep the book in a pillow and gain knowledge that way. It is not possible. Do not be carried away by the advertisements which are coming up through the various media, regarding lotions, hair lotions, hair oils, and hair cream. I would say that simple coconut oil is the best and the Gingely oil is the best. That is enough.

Take to head massage. With the three fingers press the skin against the skull and move / shake the skin slowly, causing a movement in the nerves, the blood vessels and in the hair follicles below. From every part of the head go towards the crown. Do this, seven to eight times just before bath. Then have your bath. You will have no hair falling. It is so simple as that.
